Well I'm from Texas (pretty much its own country), and I walked around Manhattan pretty much every night of the con, sometimes alone...
(which i admit at times was a little scary--- I did have to give that one guy my decoy wallet containing a fake id, and 30 bucks cash...

But seriuosly I grabbed 3 people I didn't even know, and drug them to little italy, and treated them to the best pizza I'd ever had! I think that is part of the experience, and anything we can do to coerce that experience (i.e. not providing food) is a moral imperative.
