Formalities for arriving at HOPE conference
Hello,
Based on the schedule, all talks begin at 10am on all three days. But what time should we REACH the conference?
Is there anything we need to bring (other than proof of registration)? Also, how will we know where the conference is within the Penta Hotel?
This is my first HOPE conference, thanks in advance!

Registration will open an hour or so before the talks start each day. It will also be open on Thursday evening if you'd like to pick up your badge in advance. You need only a printed copy of your registration ticket. Your badge is valid for the entire conference, so there is no need to visit registration more than once.
Enter through the Penn Pavillion, on Seventh Avenue at 33rd Street.

Just to add to this, I'm coming in from Ireland and won't get to HOPE until about 3:30pm Friday. I have already purchased my ticket online and have it printed. Will I be able to get in at that time or will I have to wait until Saturday.
