Alright folks, I have an apartment I pay too much for (in a nice neighborhood) and want to see what kind of interest there would be in offering up some space during the HOPE conference. I would like to give it up for free, but my empty wallet says that charging some $$ will prevent people from wasting my time.

I have a couch, an air mattress, and even some floor space for folks who really want to rough it. I don't plan on setting a hard schedule for the event, so I was thinking that the involved parties could either A. agree on a timeframe to meet back at the apartment, B. agree to respond to return to the apartment within a given timeframe after a text-message from yours truly or (most preferably) C. hang out with my girlfirend and me after the conference. I am also volunteering my services for the conference itself, so I am not sure how that may or may not effect logistics.

For better or worse we will provide:
Use of our Kitchen (fridge, stove, etc) and Bathroom (Clean towels*, TP, etc.)
Wi-fi for semi-legal purposes only
2 asshole cats
Netflix
Conversation
Likely a box of wine and some beers
Close proximity to F/G line and plenty of bars/food in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood

We are fun, reasonable people originally from the Midwest. We don't party too hard (usually in bed by 1 or 2 on the weekends) and would expect that our guests to politely shut up when we go to sleep. Feel free to stay up all night 1337 haxx0ring just don't be obnoxious.
